This is a wonderful summertime dessert.
Mix crushed pretzels with sugar (3 Tablespoons) and butter. Press into a 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture. Chill.
Combine the Jell-O mixes with the boiling water. Add frozen strawberries to hot Jell-O mixture. Stir until strawberries thaw and Jell-O starts to thicken. Pour on top of the rest of the dessert.
Refrigerate until Jell-O is set and keep in refrigerator after serving.

Can you please check the instructions for me? The first step is (1) to mix pretzels with sugar (3 TB). Does this come out of the 1 cup of powdered sugar? There is no other sugar listed, so I assumed so and (2) and butter. Is this the 3 TB of butter or the whole stick of butter? Which leads to my last question, when mixing the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, is it the 3 TB of butter or the whole stick of butter?

Just had to stop by this gorgeous Thanksgiving Day to tell you that I had to make TWO of these–one for my family to eat last night, and one for the festivities today. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This is one of my favorites. We like it with Raspberries.

This was so fresh and yummy! My kids gobbled it up. The salty with the sweet made it really really delicious. Thank you for sharing, madkr!
