Strawberries filled with an easy two-ingredient no-bake cheesecake filling and topped with graham cracker crumbs. One perfect sweet bite.
Whip together the cream cheese and sugar until it forms a creamy sweet cheesecake filling.
Wash strawberries. Trim the tip of the strawberry so it can stand up. Take a small knife and create a hole by coring the strawberry.
Place cheesecake filling into a pipping bag with a tip and fill the holes in the strawberries. Top with some crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Serve immediately or chill and serve.
