Great to take to a last-minute get-together. Sweet and yummy!
1. Remove stems from the strawberries to form a flat base.
2. Cut a slit in the top of the berries. Cut another slit crosswise.
3. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream in a bowl. Beat until fluffy.
4. Spoon the mixture into a Ziploc bag. Cut off one corner and pipe into the center of the strawberry.
5. Cover and refrigerate to keep cold.
6. Eat within 1 – 2 days.
