One of our favorite strawberry recipes. And to make it even better, this recipe makes two pies!
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together. Divide the mixture and press into 2 deep dish 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Beat cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until smooth.
Divide the mixture between the two crusts and spread evenly.
Sprinkle a layer of walnuts on top of the cream cheese mixture, one cup for each pie.
Next slice one banana over each pie, then a layer the strawberries.
The final layer will be the Cool Whip or whipped cream.
