A cannoli filling that makes a perfect dip for berries or a filling for a trifle or cake.
Put the ricotta cheese and sugar in the food processor and run until smooth and creamy. You can easily do this by hand, but I really like how it almost has a whipped quality to it.
Add the cinnamon, orange zest, and vanilla.
Take the cream out of the food processor and fold in the nuts and chips. I save some to add to the top as a garnish.
Put in a bowl and serve with strawberries.

I made the cannoli dip and used it in a trifle that I brought to a potluck. The consistency was too runny, so I added about half a tub of cool whip and it was perfect. The flavor was delicious and my dessert was the first to go. Great recipe!
