Super gooey marshmallow treats made with St. Patricks Day Lucky Charms and tons of sprinkles!
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted. Add 2/3 of the marshmallows and stir into butter until completely melted.
Stir in vanilla extract and Lucky Charms cereal. Add remaining marshmallows to the mix and just stir a few times, we don’t want them to melt.
Pour in sprinkles and then transfer to prepared pan. Press the Lucky Charms treats evenly into the pan, and then scatter additional sprinkles over the top. I used tons of sprinkles!
Allow to cool, and then cut into squares or rectangles.
