A quick and easy donut recipe that’s so light and full of flavor.
Preheat oven to 375ºF and lightly grease the doughnut pan with cooking spray.
Stir together butter, eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add donut mix and stir until well combined.
Place 2 tablespoons batter into each well of the donut pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Insert a toothpick to each donut to ensure it comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes then invert pan into a baking sheet and lift off pan. Wipe clean and repeat the process until until all the batter is used.
For the topping, place spiced sugar packet in a small bowl and the melted butter in another. Once the donuts are cool, dip them, top side down into the butter very lightly (remove excess) and then into the spiced sugar.
