Ripe plums roasted with spiced syrup.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Arrange plums in a baking dish.
Mix agave with cinnamon and chili powder. Drizzle plums with agave mix, using more if the plums are not sweet, or less if the plums are sweet.
Roast in preheated oven until plums are very soft, approximately 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve topped with yogurt and an additional drizzle of syrup. Garnish with fresh herbs (thyme or oregano) if desired.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
