This classic bar can be changed up with any toppings that you have on hand.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9″x13″ baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Put butter into a large microwave safe bowl and put it into the microwave. Melt the butter on high until it is completely melted (heat for 30 seconds at a time and continue until melted). Add the graham crumbs and granulated sugar and mix well to combine. Press the graham crumb mixture firmly into the parchment lined baking dish.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk in a layer over the pressed graham crumbs. Use an offset spatula to gently spread the milk evenly to the edges of the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut over the milk layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool before cutting into bars. Freezes very well.
