Have your dessert and eat it too!
Preheat oven to 400ºF (the box said 450ºF, but 400ºF worked better for me).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine sliced/chopped apples, apple sauce, and cinnamon, mixing well.
Lightly butter or grease a 9-inch pie pan. Follow directions on pie crust box to thaw dough and roll out into pie pan. Fill crust with apple mixture and follow the directions on the pie crust box to top the pie with the second crust.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and delicious-looking. Let cool before digging in!
