A S’mores-like treat made without using graham crackers! Perfect for anyone with wheat/gluten allergies. The Rice Krispies are instead flavored like cinnamon graham crackers giving the taste and crunch of graham crackers without the gluten. Great for an easy to make treat, for bake sales, or for an after school snack.
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan. Set aside. Unwrap candy bars and break them into pieces.
In a large pot melt butter over medium heat. Stir in molasses, honey, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in marshmallows and keep stirring until melted. Remove from heat.
Stir in Rice Krispies, then stir in the candy bars.
Using greased hands press mixture into the prepared dish. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
