I was getting tired of my girls asking for s’mores bar cookies every week so I created this to give them a new option. It was so good!
Place chocolate chips and 1/3 cup of the whipping cream into a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Microwave for another 10 seconds if needed. Pour into the pie crust and top it with a layer of marshmallows. Set aside.
Put the cold milk and pudding mix into a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour on top of the marshmallows. Freeze for 2 hours.
Mix the remaining whipping cream and sugar until fluffy. Before serving, top the pie with the with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
