This is a dessert staple in our house! It encompasses all the yummy flavors of a s’more in an easy to eat bar.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, stir together sugar cookie mix and graham cracker crumbs. Stir in melted butter until a soft dough forms. Press into an ungreased 13×9-inch pan.
3. Bake cookie base for 18 to 20 minutes, or until set.
4. Once cookie is set, remove it from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over crust and let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes or until chocolate is slightly melted. Then spread melted chocolate evenly over crust.
5. Set oven control to broil and position rack 5 to 6 inches from top. Sprinkle marshmallows over the melted chocolate. Broil for 20 to 30 seconds or until marshmallows are toasted. **Watch closely they will brown quickly.
6. Once toasted, let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy.
Bars are best when warm. So microwave leftover bars for 15 seconds to enjoy the warm gooeyness for days to come!
