The peanut butter and marshmallow combination is hard to beat! Add a yellow cake crust and it is pure heaven!
For the Base:
In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1/3 cup of softened butter and the egg. Beat at low speed until crumbly. Press into a 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-18 minutes until light golden brown (I take it out before it browns).
Remove from oven and sprinkle crust with the marshmallows. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes, until marshmallows puff.
Remove from oven and set aside.
In large saucepan, combine corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips. Heat over low heat just until peanut butter chips melt and texture is smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in cereal and peanuts.
Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

I make a similar recipe! These are to die for! sweet/salty combo at its best!
