Delectable warm sweet/salty topping for ice cream sundaes, warm brownies, or just to treat yourself by the spoonful.
Place all ingredients into a medium-sized microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave on high for a minute at a time, until peanut butter is hot and the butter has melted. Remove from the microwave, and whisk until completely smooth. Taste, and adjust salt/sugar level as needed. There’s a lot of variation based on the brand of peanut butter used, and your own personal taste.
Serve warm over anything! You can keep this covered, in a jar in the fridge, for a while.
