Only three ingredients (strawberries, egg whites, sugar) and 10 minutes working time, and you will be able to enjoy this delicious, Romanian summer dessert.
Clean and chop strawberries finely.
Whisk egg whites until stiff. Start adding sugar slowly and continue beating until egg whites are shiny and stiff again.
Add almost all the chopped strawberries, reserving a small handful for decorating, and continue whisking until strawberries are incorporated and almost completely crushed.
Distribute strawberry foam into dessert bowls and top with the reserved strawberries.
