Dessert doesn’t have to be super sweet to be deliciously impressive! Plums are roasted with maple and balsamic vinegar, then topped with honey-basil yogurt for a fancy dessert that only takes a few minutes to throw together!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a bowl, whisk together the butter, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Pour on the bottom of an 8-inch cake pan. Place the plums cut-side-down in the balsamic mixture. Roast at 400ºF for 25 minutes until tender and juicy.
While the plums are baking, stir together the yogurt, honey and basil and let sit for a few minutes for the flavors to deepen. When the plums are done, allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a big dollop of yogurt!
