This is an easy, delicious cobbler! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and you have a fantastic dessert!
*The peaches can be substituted for any canned Comstock brand fruit you like.
Thank you to my wonderful mother-in-law to be for this recipe!
First, melt the butter into a baking dish.
While the butter is melting, mix flour, sugar and milk.
Pour mixture over the butter.
Spoon the peaches on top.
Bake at 375F degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The crust will rise and have a slight golden brown color to it. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Delish! I didn’t have self-rising flour so I used a cup of all-purpose with 1 1/4tspn baking powder and 1/8tspn salt. I also used fresh peaches and mixed a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar with them. Really easy and really good!
