I have loved rhubarb since I was a young child. I couldn’t wait for spring to arrive so my grandmother could fix me a rhubarb pie.
This is her recipe. . .and such a great way to cook rhubarb. The strawberry jello is the secret ingredient to this great pie.
Place diced rhubarb in the pie shell. Sprinkle the package of strawberry jello over the rhubarb.
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Sprinkle over the top of the pie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
