My sweetie loves Cookies ‘n’ Crème candy bars. So much so that it led me to using them in s’mores one night when we were camping. The next time I tried it with chocolate graham crackers to further alter the combo and voila! A new favorite!
Unwrap then break each of the candy bars into 12 rectangles. Break each full sheet of graham cracker cookie into 4 rectangles.
Set up 24 graham cracker squares on your work surface and top each with one piece of white chocolate.
Toast marshmallow using your desired method (over a camp fire, over a grill or in a pan under your broiler), turning them a few times until roasted and soft inside.
Sandwich a marshmallow between a graham cracker-candy base and add a graham cracker top.
