Like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups but bigger! (Cook time is fridge time!)
In a large bowl, mix together the icing sugar, graham crumbs, melted margarine and peanut butter.
Press into a 9 x 13 inch dish.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and pour over graham crust.
Refrigerate for at least an hour (if you can wait that long).
NOTE:
This recipe can be cut in half (though I don’t know why you would want to). Just use a smaller 8 x 8 inch dish instead of the 9 x 13.

These were really yummy, but the chocolate layer came off easily when I cut them out of the refrigerator. Once they were at room temperature the chocolate stayed on well.
