Sundaes are yummy, but making them for many people is a lot of work. This recipe makes it easy to do.
Take ice cream out of the freezer, allowing to soften for easier scooping later.
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Smash up sandwich cookies in plastic bag or in a food processor. Keep the pieces chunky.
Pour chocolate syrup into cupcake liners, covering the bottom of each cup.
Sprinkle cookie pieces into each cup.
Fill the rest of each cup with ice cream.
Put muffin tin into the freezer. Freeze until firm.
When ready to serve, flip the sundae out onto a plate or bowl. Remove cupcake liner. Enjoy!
The variations of making these sundaes is endless:
Replace cookies with cake pieces or fruit.
The syrup can be caramel or fruit spread.
And it doesn’t have to be vanilla ice cream.
Just take the time to put these together ahead of time and it will impress your guests!
