These raspberry lemondrop popsicles are simple, refreshing and exactly what you need to cool down on a warm summer day.
Note: The cook time is approximate freezing time.
In a cocktail shaker or other container, squeeze lemons for juice. Add sugar. Add vodka.
Add half the raspberries to the liquid and distribute the other half among the popsicle molds.
Shake liquid in a cocktail shaker or stir in a container to mix and breakup raspberries.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds or other containers to freeze. Before pouring, make sure your container has a pour spout to avoid messes.
Freeze until set.
Serve and enjoy!
