Raspberry Gelato
Description
Have you ever heard about an ice cream made with jam? Wait, an ice cream made with only 4 ingredients? Take a look at this recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Raspberry Jam (or Any Other Flavour)
- 2 cups Condensed Milk
- ¾ cups Heavy Milk
- ½ cups Milk
- ¼ cups Walnuts, Chopped, To Serve
Preparation
Put all the ingredients (except walnuts) into a blender. Mix them up. Take a freezer safe bowl and drop the mixture into that. I like to keep it in the freezer for 24 hours before it’s served. But 4 hours is enough.
I threw some chopped walnuts on that and it got delicious!
