Creamy but light and refreshing lemon pie, PERFECT for spring and summer. B)
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk.
3. Add vanilla and mix.
4. Add lemon juice and mix.
5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle some crushed vanilla wafers on top.
6. Bake the pie for about 20 minutes until the cookies are brown.
7. Let the pie cool overnight in the fridge.
Enjoy the taste of summer.
