Fabulous dessert for two!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a 5 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add cubed sweet bread, pumpkin pie filling, cream, and vanilla. Stir well. Fold in pecan pieces.
Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with whipped cream topping or ice cream!
