Description

Fabulous dessert for two!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cubed Sweet Bread
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 1 cup Light Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cups Pecan Pieces
  • Ice Cream Or Whipped Topping, To Serve (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a 5 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add cubed sweet bread, pumpkin pie filling, cream, and vanilla. Stir well. Fold in pecan pieces.

Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with whipped cream topping or ice cream!
