Scrumptious dessert for two!
In fluted glasses, stemware, or dessert cups, add one layer (about 2 inches) of crumbled shortbread cookies. Top with several teaspoons of pumpkin pie filling, then whipped topping. Repeat one more layer of each of the three ingredients. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
You can chill this for 20–30 minutes, if desired, or serve immediately.
