Simple, yummy pumpkin pie just in time for Thanksgiving!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients except pie shell in a large bowl. Pour into the pie shell. Place pie pan on a baking sheet to catch any overflow and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Note: I like to use the remaining pumpkin out of the can to make another pie. I cut the ingredients back just slightly to make up for the smaller amount of pumpkin.
