Easy topping to add extra oomph to my Cream Cheese Pound Cake With Coconut and Pecans (see my TastyKitchen recipe box for the recipe).
Stir powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk together until smooth. If needed, add one more Tablespoon of milk to achieve desired consistency. Pour glaze over warm pound cake.
Top with as much shredded coconut as you like. The more the better!
