Delicious vegan and paleo chocolate snowflakes made with homemade dairy-free white chocolate, pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
Melt dark chocolate and mix with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Pour into the mold and leave in the fridge to harden.
Melt cacao butter and mix with remaining coconut oil. Add maple syrup or another sweetener of your choice. Pour onto the chocolate layer and add pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours until set, or in the freezer to speed up the process.
