I made this pie for a 3rd of July party (our town celebrates on the 3rd so they don’t compete with neighboring towns) yesterday and it was a huge hit! I used raspberry lemonade because that’s what I had and it was very yummy. There was still a little bit of pie left at the end of the night and the host asked us to leave it there so he could have the rest. The best part was that it was so easy! From the time I started until it was in the fridge to cool was about 5 minutes. Of course, I had the Cool Whip in the fridge for a few hours before I made the pie so it could thaw out a little. If it were frozen, it wouldn’t have mixed together so easily. I will absolutely be making this pie again – so refreshing, so creamy, so good.
