This fudge is delicious and perfectly pink so make some this Valentine’s Day ya’ll!
1. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. In the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, heat white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
4. Fold melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture and then separate into two different bowls. Add red food coloring gel (amount as desired) into half the fudge and add pink food coloring gel (amount as desired) into the other half. Spread the red colored fudge into the prepared baking dish and chill for 20 minutes. Remove from fridge and spread pink fudge over the top of the red fudge. Chill for one hour then cut into 1 inch squares.
