These blondies are so simple, and so delicious. Don’t take my word for it – try them now!
Beat together the softened butter and sugars until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
Gradually mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Baking in a greased 9×13 dish on 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Eating one hot out of the pan right now! These are really delicious, fluffy and a perfect variation on chocolate chip cookies. So good!

Moist and chocolatey… easy to make… but seemed to lack just a tad on the richness that I expected. They had a good flavor, just not as intense as I thought they would be. Maybe I was expecting a chocolate chip cookie richness and intensity. Since I’m not sure if I’d make them again or not, I’d probably rate it as a 3 mitten, instead of 4 like I originally clicked!
