Super easy 4-ingredient Peppermint Ganache Pie. Rich, smooth chocolate ganache inside of an Oreo cookie crust. The perfect holiday dessert!
Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to a microwave safe bowl. Cook until the chocolate is melted (I do 30-second intervals and scrape the sides of the bowl and stir each time). Once melted, pour into pre-made cookie crust.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. Slice and serve with crushed peppermint and melted chocolate for garnish, if desired.
