My daughter came home a few weeks ago talking about “peanut butter swirl brownies” she made with Grandma. “They’re so good Mom…you have to learn how to make them.” Last night I did. They’re easy and fun to make and they include plain yogurt (which my mom is capable of using in ingenious ways). They are pretty darn good. Thought I would share. Thanks Mom…my first Tasty Kitchen recipe!
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, plain yogurt, and egg. Mix until just combined.
Pour the brownie mixture into your greased baking dish.
Drop tablespoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the brownie mixture. We did 3×3 drops for a total of 9 peanut butter blobs on top.
Using the handle of your tablespoon marble the peanut butter through the brownie mix, making sure the peanut butter is going deep down in the brownie mix.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool, cut, and ENJOY!
