A wonderfully cold treat for a hot summer day.
Mix the pudding mix with milk until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until combined. Put a couple of tablespoons of the pudding mix on half of a graham cracker and make a sandwich with the other half. Keep going until all of the mixture is used. Layer in a bag or Tupperware type container and stick in the freezer for at least an hour to set. They should be ok for a couple of weeks, if they last that long!
