These are made using powdered peanut butter (or peanut flour would work just as well) and are a great, healthy snack. They aren’t too sweet, so feel free to add more agave to your taste! It’s a one-bowl, one-pan recipe. So easy!
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line an 8″ square pan with foil.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well-combined. Press mixture into baking dish and bake 15–20 minutes until bars are golden brown and firm. Remove from the pan and foil and cool on a rack. Cut into 16 squares and serve!
These also freeze well.
