A simple, addictive peanut butter fudge that sets up in minutes. My husband and I have been known to finish the whole pan in less than two days!
Butter an 8″ x 8″ dish. In a saucepan, combine sugar and milk. Measure remaining ingredients and set aside. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally till it comes to a boil. Do not scrape the sides or bottom of the pot. Let boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until melted and smooth. Pour into prepared dish and refrigerate until firm.

Hi hulatutu – I used 1% milk. I’m not sure how it would come out with evaporated milk.

Should I use evaporated milk, or any kind of milk?
