This creamy frosting is yet another way for us peanut butter fanatics to get our fill.
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Start mixing with an electric mixer on medium speed. While still mixing, slowly add evaporated milk a little at a time until the frosting is at the consistency you want. (I usually use 1/2 to 2/3 of the can of evaporated milk.)
Use this frosting to top the cake of your choice. I use it to dress up plain ole yellow cake. Garnish with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups is you wanna.

Oh boy, as soon as I saw peanut butter I knew I had to have this recipe. It sounds divine!

I love peanut butter frosting it is one of my favorite things and I always make it with a spice cake it is really good.
