So good it rivals Ben and Jerry’s!
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar. Gradually stir in the milk, half-and-half and vanilla until the peanut butter is dissolved.
Chill in the freezer for a few minutes (about half an hour should be fine). Put in the ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
In the last 5 minutes of turning, drop in the pieces of Reese’s Peanut Butter cup. Freeze for a few hours and serve.
Makes about 1.5 quarts.
