Description

Decadent brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Batch Of Prepared Brownie Batter (i.e. 1 Box Mix Or Favorite Recipe)
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified For Your Brownie Mix (typically Water, Eggs And Oil If You Use A Box Mix)
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ⅓ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream Or Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare the brownie batter according the the box (or your recipe) instructions and spread it into a greased 8×8 baking dish.

Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until very smooth. Add the peanut butter, adding the cream only as necessary to make the mixture more smooth. The consistency should be thick, but smooth enough to easily mix with the electric mixer. Add the vanilla and salt.

Pour mixture over the brownie batter and marble the two batters using a knife to cut through.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
