Little bites of chocolate peanut buttery goodness. Recipe uses a store bought brownie mix.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare brownie batter as instructed on box. Spray mini muffin pans well, and drop 1/2-1 teaspoons of batter into each muffin tin.
Bake at 350 F for 13-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and set on a wire rack. Press an indention in the center of each muffin with the back of a spoon.
Place peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl and heat for about 30 seconds. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of warm peanut butter in each indention. Allow peanut butter to cool a bit, then sprinkle each cup with both chocolate and peanut butter chips. Gently press the chips into the peanut butter.
Cool then remove from pan, by running a thin, sharp knife around each cup and carefully removing them.
