Description

Sweet, salty, smooth, crunchy … these chocolate peanut butter bars are easy and ALWAYS loved.

Ingredients

  • 9 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 12 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Melt butter and mix with the peanut butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers.
2. Spread mixture into a 13×9 pan.
3. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top.
4. Refrigerate for exactly 1/2 hour and cut into small-sized bars (they are rich). The chocolate will still be a little soft, but it makes it easier to cut. It’ll harden up with a little more time in the fridge.
5. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy!

These are dangerously delicious. I didn’t have crunchy pb, so I used smooth, and they got rave reviews!

Delicious! I was going to post this exact recipe. I make these treats for so many occasions (and also on regular days) because they are so good.
