Fresh glazed peaches and cream. Ooh la la, it is so good!
In a frying pan or 10″ skillet, add butter. Once melted, add sliced peaches and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Stir to incorporate. Cook on medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring often.
Place graham crackers in a Ziploc bag and crush finely using a rolling pin. Add them to a bowl with honey and stir with a fork to mix together.
Using dessert or parfait cups, add a 1/2-inch layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom, followed by 1/2 inches of Cool Whip, then add a layer of cooked cinnamon peaches. Repeat layers. (You should have 3 layers per serving).
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
