A refreshing and healthy ice cream alternative made of frozen peaches, milk, honey, and fresh basil
Place peaches in a food processor. Pulse about 10 times to loosen up and chop the peaches. Add honey (or other sweetener) and ½ cup of milk. Process until mixture starts to become smooth. Using a spatula, scrape down the mixture from the sides of the food processor.
Add the remaining ½ cup of milk and the basil leaves. Process until the milk and basil are incorporated and the mixture is silky smooth.
Serve immediately, or store the mixture in the freezer until ready to serve. If storing for a long period of time, take the sorbet out of the freezer about 30 minutes prior to serving to allow it to soften.
