Everyone who loves peanut butter and jelly will love this easy dessert!
Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread peanut butter on top of one tortilla, spread jelly or jam on the second flour tortilla. Add butter to a grill pan or large skillet and lay the peanut-butter-coated tortilla in the skillet, face-up. Flip the second jelly/jam tortilla face down on top and grill 2–3 minutes each side until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet and cut into triangles, Serve and enjoy!
