Delicious, light and fluffy. This Oreo Pie recipe was the most requested dish by all my college guy friends. It’s the perfect mix of creamy, fluffy, and crunchy.
Over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and milk together, stirring often so that it doesn’t burn on the bottom. While the marshmallows are melting, whip the cream until slightly stiff, then add the vanilla and stir to mix together. Remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat, and fold about 2 cups of the whipped cream into it. Coarsely chop 12 of the Oreos and add them to the cream/marshmallow mix (it should look like cookies and cream ice cream). Pour the mixture into the pie crust and let chill in the freezer for about an hour. Top with the remainder of the whipped cream, and crumble the rest of the Oreos on top. Let sit in the fridge for at least two hours before serving (if you can handle waiting!).
