Rich brownie base topped with crumbled Oreos and vanilla glaze. A decadent and delicious treat!
For the brownies:
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once it’s melted, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Beat eggs and salt until very fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture. Add flour and gently fold until blended. Pour into a greased 9×13″ pan. Scatter crumbled Oreos evenly over the top. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
For the vanilla glaze:
While brownies are baking, heat the butter until melted. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency for drizzling (you may need to add up to 4 tablespoons of hot water). Once brownies are out of the oven, drizzle glaze on top. Cool before serving.
