This is a light and refreshing dessert that is one of our family’s favorites.
Combine the graham wafer crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, reserving a few tablespoons for the topping.
In a saucepan, heat orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar and orange zest to boiling. Add Jello powder, stirring until dissolved. Chill until thickened a bit. Whip chilled Carnation evaporated milk until peaks form and fold into cooled Jello mixture until well combined. Pour over prepared graham crust and garnish with reserved graham crumbs. Chill until completely set.
