Thought it wasnt possible? Well, now you know: bananas make some of the best ice cream around. Great for our vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, etc. friends. This is so easy and makes a creamy, custard-like ice cream.
Peel then freeze bananas solid. Throw them into a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. SO SIMPLE!
Some yummy ideas for add-ins: peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, pecans, cinnamon, or strawberries.
